From the beginnings to the present

The history of Maurer-Atmos has been closely associated with pioneering spirit, courage and visionary attitude for more than nine decades. Many patents and numerous events have occurred between then and today, but the competence and the pursuit of ever improving the thermal processing of food has not diminished. The headquarters are still located in Reichenau, where the company was founded at the beginning of the 20th century, whereas the requirements have changed rapidly, especially in recent years. Today, we live in a globalized world that increasingly exposes everyone to global competitive pressure and to challenges of adapting to change very quickly and flexibly, without neglecting quality awareness. This is our expectation today more than ever.

Challenges

The entire workforce at our location in Germany sees future challenges as an opportunity to further strengthen and expand the technology of thermal food processing known on all five continents.
